Did you eat a bunch of sour patch kids last night? Cool, same.

Did you miss a couple of workouts in the last couple of weeks? Cool, same.

Did you eat way over your calories one day? Cool, same.

You’re not messing up.

The only time you’re messing up is when you give up..when you quit on yourself.

Don’t get caught up in the all or nothing thinking like, “ah crap didn’t hit my numbers today, ate like crap, I messed up, guess that means this isn’t for me.”

It’s going to happen and you are in full control of what happens next and it’s pretty damn simple, you get back to your normal eating/ workout routine.

This shit literally means nothing when you look at bettering your health and the way you eat as a life long journey when you strive for long-term success, things like this become VERY small in the big picture!

Instead of wanting everything right now, right this minute, shift the perspective to long-term thinking and things will become A LOT easier for you, I promise 😉
