This is my reminder to you to listen to your body and stop ignoring the warning signs.

Don’t be afraid to take FULL rest days or even a rest week once and awhile.

Your gains aren’t going anywhere, in fact you’ll gain MORE by prioritizing nutrition, recovery and rest.

Take an inventory of your life:
How’s your quality of sleep?
How are your energy levels?
How’s your mood?
How’s your performance?
How’s your recovery?

If any of these are taking an obvious hit something probably needs to be adjusted.
More Food?
Less Training?
More sleep?

At the end of the day, you’re really only as good as how well you recover and listen to your body…

Make it a priority.
